As a barista, I’ve always been fascinated by what happens behind the cup. Working in the coffee industry has made me increasingly aware of how much valuable material is treated as waste.
This curiosity has become a driving force in my design process. I explore how coffee waste can be given a new purpose, combining my experience in coffee with my passion for sustainable design.
For me, design is about questioning what we throw away and showing that waste can become something worth keeping.
